This deadline does not affect homeowners already in the program, those who are in the process of receiving their award or those seeking clarification of their award. Small Business Counseling at the Library

a pilot project with Stony Brook University and the U.S. Small Business
Administration. Nicole Christian, MPA, is a business advisor available for
one-on-one appointments to help you with your small business questions.

MBV Homeowner Grant Assistance

Mastic Beach Village and theRobin Hood Foundation Join Together to Help
Residents Recover from Hurricane Sandy!
 
The Village of Mastic Beach has a significant amount of grant money available for Mastic Beach Village residents who have sustained damage from Hurricane Sandy.  To apply, you must own your home and it must be your legal primary residence.
 
The grants are for storm-related damages and other associated expenses, not covered by insurance.  We want to encourage all qualified residents to download the attached application, and toapply as soon as possible. 
 
Please be aware that the amount of funds is limited and the grants will not be available after the end of September. All grants are awarded to qualified applicants on a “first come, first serve” basis.
 
So don’t wait – apply now!

Disaster Recovery Assistance For Village Residents

Where: Mastic Beach Village Hall
427 Neighborhood Road

When: Wednesdays (2 hours):
10:00 am to 12:00 pm

Who: Family Service League

Notice to All Residents:
Beginning immediately and until further notice, the Family Service League will be offering counseling services for all residents in need of disaster recovery assistance.

The Family Service League representative will be available to assist village residents with the submission of forms and required paperwork for a variety of disaster assistance programs.

There are various grants and loans that residents may be eligible for, and the Village Board encourages all residents who may require any type of disaster assistance to take advantage of the free help available every Wednesday at Village Hall.
