*We are not accepting clothing donations at this time*

  • Monetary: Monetary donations are gladly accepted, tax deductible and are most appreciated.  This form of donation allows the local charitable institution to purchase what is most needed that has not been donated.

There are three non-profits to which monetary donations can be made.  They are:

  • St. Jude’s Outreach, 89 Overlook Dr., Mastic Beach, NY 11951
  • WM. Floyd Community Summit, P.O. Box 191, Mastic, NY 11950
  • Mastic Beach Food Pantry, c/o Empire Nat’l. Bank, 1044 Wm. Floyd Pkwy, Shirley, NY 11967

**Please indicate that your donation is for the benefit of the Tri-Hamlet Relief Fund.**

We are also now accepting online donations to the Tri-Hamlet Relief Fund through PayPal:

  • Other Donations:
    • Food: All food donations are to be delivered to the Mastic & Shirley Community Emergency Food Center.  The pantry is located in the William Paca parking lot on Blanco Drive in Mastic Beach.  Their telephone number is (631)281-2999.
        • The M.S.C.E.F.C. is the “clearinghouse” for all food donations (this includes diapers and formula as well)
    • Blankets and Coats: Blankets and coats are being collected by St. Vincent de Paul. Please call (631)219-3542 for delivery arrangements.
    • Clothing: Due to the overwhelming generosity of our community, we have been inundated with clothing donations.

Thank you for your support of our residents and community.

Please fill out our volunteer form if you posses any special skills to contribute. Skills and professions in demand include Notaries, Electricians, Landscapers, etc. Your time and effort is greatly appreciated.

IRS Publication 526 explains how to claim a deduction for charitable contributions, including volunteer work. It discusses the types of contributions you can deduct, how much you can deduct, what records to keep, and how to report them.
